Acceptance of Terms: By using the parking facilities at San Diego Airport Parking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please see our operations team for clarification or questions.

Payment Terms: Parking fee may be paid in advance at sdap.net. Acceptable forms of secure payment include credit/debit cards and online payment gateway via your PayPal account. We also allow you the option to select "pay at the facility" during the online payment process to reserve your vehicle spot and make your payment upon arrival at San Diego Airport Parking.

Security: Our parking lot is monitored by security personnel and equipped with surveillance cameras for added security 24/7. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked at our facilities.

Handicap Accessible Parking: Handicap accessible parking spaces are available for our patrons with disabilities. These spaces are reserved for vehicles with valid handicap parking permits.

Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking lot, but there may be restrictions on size and type of commercial vehicle, and additional fees may apply.

Damaged Vehicles: If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our facilities, please report the incident to the parking attendant immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: San Diego Airport Parking reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Limitation of Liability: San Diego Airport Parking is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our parking facilities.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California USA.

By using the parking facilities at San Diego Airport Parking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY-READ IT

Vehicle is accepted for parking only. No Refunds. Ticket is issued for time keeping, no bailment. We assume no liability except through our own proven act of negligence & for reasonable replacement cost. You Agree to all Waivers. We have the right to lien vehicles left over 90 days without notice to management. Storage is $50 per day on liens.

This contract includes the terms for waiver of damages, personal injury, any disputes, is per occurrence, per vehicle, and explains our maximum pay out. When valet parking or for shuttle services, you agree to these terms & understand that our liability is limited. No employee may modify this contract. Personal items are at owners or keeper's own risk. Your auto shall comply with statutory a regulatory requirements for Motor Vehicles. It must be fully insured. have current registration tags. We accept no liability for damage caused by Acts of God, damage to your luggage, faulty vehicle, alarm, fob, master key, additional keys, valuables left on key ring or in vehicle, a jump start, tow, mechanical, structure, or electrical failure on your auto, including all glass, mirrors, tires & wheels. We are only responsible for the valet key that starts and opens the vehicle. We will only be liable for compensation for any breach of our liabilities for any proven act of neglect by our employees whilst in possession of your vehicle for the moving & parking. Once the vehicle is parked & the employee exits your vehicle, your auto insurance policy will take over the risk, you agree to waive subrogation for any disputes. Damage or injury not reported in writing prior to leaving the premises is denied. Damages below $350.00 will be settled within 60 days from return date or if not mutually resolved, we may submit a goodwill compensation up to $350.00 for replacement or reasonable cost with consideration to auto wear & tear. Otherwise, the maximum we will pay out for damages is the equivalent of your deductible on your auto or other insurance. Finally, any legal disputes must be filed within 90 days from return date & burden of proof remains with customer. Any & all legal disputes including but not limited to auto damage, personal injury & tort claims are agreed to be submitted to Binding Arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Assoc. & shall be in the County of San Diego, CA. Each party is borne its own fees.

In case of trial, you waive jury trial & no class action law-suits. By your acceptance of this, you agree to all the foregoing terms.
